Durwin Y. Libby, DMD

Durwin Y. Libby DMD obtained his doctorate in dentistry from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1990. He graduated from the University of Maine in Orono with a bachelor’s degree in Zoology. Dr. Libby graduated high school from Mattanawcook Academy in Lincoln. Dr. Libby is a member of the American Dental Association and to the Academy of General Dentistry.  He considers himself very blessed to be able to return to his home town to practice dentistry and to give back to his community.  He enjoys spending time with his wife and their seven children.

Yvonne Albert

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Yvonne Albert, CDA-EFDA has been a dental assistant since 2002 and an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant since 2010. With this additional certification, Yvonne is licensed to perform restorative and preventative procedures under the direct supervision of a dentist. Yvonne is a true advocate of continuing education who attends many courses and classes to perfect her skills. In her down time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.

Leah Gordon

Dental Assistant

Leah Gordon, CDA has been a dental assistant since 1993. She joined Dr. Libby in 1998.  Leah enjoys snow-sledding, four wheeling and spending time with her husband and their two daughters.

Lisa McKinnon

Dental Assistant

Lisa McKinnon, CDA-CPFDA has been a dental assistant since 1994 which all of those years she has worked with Dr. Libby. Lisa enjoys hunting and fishing with her husband and their three adult children.  

Heather Sprague

Registered Dental Hygienist

Heather Sprague, RDH has been a dental hygienist for 18 years. She spent her first 9 ½ years working in a periodontal specialty practice until she joined Dr. Libby and Team in 2010.  

Mallory Young

Registered Dental Hygienist

Mallory Young, RDH graduated from the University College of Bangor Dental Hygiene program in 2008. She joined Dr. Libby and the rest of the team in 2009. Outside of the office, Mallory enjoys being with her family and spending time in the outdoors.

Melinda Moran

Registered Dental Hygienist

Melinda Moran, RDH graduated from the University College of Bangor Dental Hygiene program in 2014 and joined Dr. Libby and the rest of the team shortly thereafter. Melinda is an enthusiatic fan of Dunkin Donuts.  Melinda likes a large iced coffee with caramel swirl with an extra shot of caramel and cream only.

Audra Bernard

Registered Dental Hygienist

Audra Bernard, RDH has been a hygienist since 2005 and joined Dr. Libby and Team in 2017. When away from the office, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, gardening and farming with her husband and their two children. 

Hollie Farrington

Office Manager

Hollie Farrington has been an office manager for 27 years and with Dr. Libby since 1999. Hollie is an avid reader and an active learner who enjoys running, golfing and traveling with her husband and their three adult sons.

Hygiene Coordinator

Lisa Hawkins joined Dr Libby and the rest of the team in 2011. With her free time, Lisa enjoys cooking, baking and four wheeling with her husband and their three adult children. 

Sherri Chandler

Office Administrator

Sherri Chandler has been in the administration since 1989 and with Dr. Libby since 2001.  She loves the outdoors and exploring the trails on her side-by-side with her husband. She enjoys crocheting and cooking. During the spring and early summer Sherri creates our beautiful flower boxes here at our office.
